Creating a smoking-compliant outdoor space within an existing building produced a result of more than 80% increase in turnover in the gaming space. The new skylights inverted the dynamic of the hotel and profits soared.
A traditional crasftsman aesthetic applied with modern finishes and spatial gymnastics has provided new environments within the turn of the century era hotel fabric. The refurbishment included a new gaming room, VIP entry, updated toilets, new bar servery, public bar, TAB and a function room.
